在过去的两周里面,至少6位同学都是因为没有给employment verification letter而
带来不必要的RFE, 这个就很让人frustrated啊。
千万不要认为是 EB1A 140就不给啊,这个employment verification letter要突出你
对科研的重大贡献,甚至体现对美国国家利益的重要性。
USCIS 原文如下;
It must be shown that the beneficiary will continue working in the United
States in the claimed area of expertise. The work must be in the field.
Evidendence that may be submitted to satisfy this requirement includes, but
not limited to:
1) letters from current or prospective employers;
2) Employment contracts; or,
3) A statement from the beneficiary detailing plans on how they intend to
continue work in the United States.
