我信用算很好的，以前查过，最近没查，但只会更好，从不欠债。
正常情况下，能拿到多少利率的loan，没买过房，不清楚市场。七八万的薪水能申请到
35万左右的loan吗？
不知道准备好买townhouse了没，我打算付些downpayment再贷款35万左右，一个月支付
房贷上限2000吧。可行吗？
看了置顶的网站，不清楚利息大概该输入多少。

我觉得能贷到款，利率合适，付房贷不是问题，如果自己的薪水算死抗的话，可以出租
一部分房子。再说这只是现在的薪水，一两年内涨一些没问题。
