1. E-file 140，打印的confirmation有9页，想跟大家确认一下寄材料的时候，是不是
只把这9页中的第一页也就是有receipt的那页寄出？根据如下：DO NOT send a copy
of your e-filed application with your supporting documentation.
2.E-file的时候由于不能填中文地址姓名，说是要provide the beneficiary’s
foreign address on a separate piece of paper with your supporting
documentation that contains the applicant’s name, part #, associated
question and A#. 需要附上一页纸写明中文地址吗。这个part# 和A#是什么东东？
