didn't pay attention to the email and the payment is now late for 2months
and they want to charge me $50 late fee.
I called the customer service, being told that i have been waived
once so they cannot waive it any more.
I feel angry and closed this account.
However, I still need to pay right?
Any suggestions that I can waive the $50 late fee?
