For BAC, I saw one cent dividend on Dec. 1st, 2010. How is this dividend
paid to me? Through my broker or sent to me directly. If it is sent to me
directly, how do they know my address? They got my information from my
broker. I am using etrade. Thanks.

几点评论：
１ 主要是大陆／台湾华女。大马等华女很传统贤惠。
２ 外F是主要原因。但根本讲是大陆／台湾华女自我保护意识不强，对美国社会缺乏足
够的认识。
３ HIV感染还是相对比较罕见。
４ 但更应该堤防的是HPV（人乳头瘤病毒）感染，HPV感染占美国STD中的一半，这类感
染潜伏期很长，可以诱发女性宫颈癌，对女性比男性的危害更大。男性感染者没有任何
症状。统计表明这美国青少年２５％ 有STD，所以说无保护的外F还是很危险的。
５ 很多STD感染无法痊愈，终身带病毒。
５ 据我所知，除了WHITE／BLACK／BROWN TRASH，受过教育的美国人建立稳定的性伴侣
的时候，双方会公开自己的性史，只要都要去医院拿个STD报告。外F有几个人有这个脑
子？
６ 所以说，接盘外F或F外的时候，首先要确认其有无无保护的
外F或F外行为，如果有，要查STD及长期观察。这个是很有必要的。
７ 无保护的外F们，当你们的粘膜被搞得很爽的时候，很可能就是各种病毒侵入的时候
。当你们急嗷嗷地张开大腿的时候，其后果可能是终身的，甚至影响下一代。

When they count the stock ownership to determine the dividend, which day
will they use, 12/01 or 12/24? I sold my several thousand shares of BAC at
12.66 today.

you will receive $2-$3 annual dividend per share on BAC if you can hold it
for 5 years.

FYI, if I understood correctly, 12/01 is the Declaration date. Thanks.

Here is a link to BAC dividend history. It looks to me that it is based on
12/01. So I will get my fifty bucks.
