差学区的重点班是什么？天才班？不可否认差学区也有很好的学生，他们很不容易。
不过你说得对，好学区主要是让孩子有个良好的成长环境，上不上名校并不重要

首先，你是黄皮肤，染不黑。如果你孩子和他周围黑孩子成绩一样，你认为还能去普通
学校不？
孩子很容易被周围孩子同化。如果周围孩子成绩很好，那么孩子成绩自然会增加。至少
保证SAT成绩好。去一般学校还是有保证的。除非孩子特别优秀，在哪都能发光。如果
在一差学校，成绩顶尖，加上SAT优异，还要保证小孩不会被坏孩子带坏，那坏学区确
实容易去藤校。
保证小孩不会被坏孩子带坏，这点太难，一失足就是千古恨。

我只是在说族群比例上藤校的事实，并未表达和黑孩子的关联问题。
比例上讲，高尚社区高收入高教育的父母当然更大可能的带来较好的环境和较低的成
长风险。
就是个选择问题了。
不过我建议对藤校观点要理性。

AVL is quite speculative, since production is at least 2015.
I like AVL for the following key reasons:
1. huge heavy rare earth, which are more valuable than light rare earth.
2. superb management, if you look at their past dilutions, they always
dilute at local high stock price.
I hold stocks for mid to long term, can't comment on daily or hourly price
movements.

其实不见得说除了好学区外都是老黑老模差学区，还有很多中间档次的。这种HS里的
top也是进好州立的有力竞争者。

学区房有其道理的。property tax里，很大比例去了schools/police，房价越高，
schools/police钱越多，人们越想去安全，学校好的区，进一步推升房价，形成良性循
环。烂区同理，只是恶性循环而已。
