If Greece gets default, it is not "maybe"there will be chain reaction, it
will just be another Lehman,relatively small scale, but for Europe mostly.
All these CDS transactions can drag some Europe large banks to nowhere. As
there is no accurate data for these CDS transactions, it will be rumors
flying around, simply put in this way, it could be deja wu of 2008 Sept if
Greece get default
But I doubt Greece will get official default as folks have learned the
lessons from 2008.. I wish it could .. then people just buy a lot of put for
those Europe banks and insurance companies and can make huge profit.
Instead, Greece will get bankcrupt in different "innovative" ways to avoid
market panic. Banks still will be the last choice.

Congress will lift US debt cap (Gold will continue soaring)
Chinese gov has accounced the inflation has been controlled
Oil price will be depressed
So, even though next week might be very volitale (SPX can go to 1200), still

希腊会得到越来越多的钱, 反正imf的钱不拿白不拿, 中国的钱不拿白不拿, 欧盟
的钱不拿白不拿.
到实在撑不下去的时候, 就债务重组, 一元的债变三毛, 而且自动延期,
搞不好还能协商成低利率.
四个猪国和雷曼最大的差别是, 雷曼欠的是私人的钱, 债主越早上门就越有可能
拿到点钱, 所以大量债主逼债, 就给整垮了.
而pigs后来增加的债款大多数是主权款, 大家追债热情就低点, 国家的钱又不是
自己的, 而且出于政治经济稳定角度看, 主权国都可以接受债务打折, 利率降低.
在国际舞台上, 无赖国像希腊那样的, 就能把勤劳的国家吃得死死的.

hmmm, there are still a lot of banks and all kinds of funds buy the
insurance for those junk debt (regardless they are debt owner or not). Many times, according to the contracts, the way to trigger the CDS can be as simple as a downgrade of Greece by some rating agencies.. that is why some remaining European "good" banks are trying so hard and even are voluneering to take part of the responsibility to maintain those junk debt as a good status.. (which is required by their politicians---if you read the news..)
but you never know, if US wants to play a hard ball with European and teach
them a good lesson (and also teach Chinese a good lesson at the same time
because how dare the Chinese decide to buy European bonds in last few months
!!!, you see, one stone two birds), hey, then, guess what, here comes the
Moody's another downgrade for Greece or for multiple European banks next
week. LOL, you never know, then we see all the good quality investments come
back to US.
The reason US rating agents still hold their action is because they
themselves have no clue how much exposure US banks owe to these CDS due to
the interwaving relationship between US banks and European banks.. once they
figured US is really okay with Greece default, US has so much stake to
bargin with Europe, then we will see a lot of interesting interaction
between US politician and European politician...
All of these... Wall Street is basically saying: the world MUST know that big brother still will be THE big brother... US market is still the best choice for all the investors..
