Just want to share my experience with everyone who uses inputking.com. I did
not notice any problem when I was using Widnows XP.
However my Windows 7 Desktop was infected twice recently. The Malware was
extremely vicious since it would hide almost everything on the hard drive (
thus make all applications, shortcuts etc. disapear), and is relatively time
consuming to restore all customized setups. Once the machine's infected,
you'll see as if everything's wiped out of the hard drive - nothing under "
control panel" or C:\ for example), and there's a million pop up windows
telling you there's a hard disk failure / RAM overheating.
It took me a while to figure out which Website/files caused the virus. For
both of the infections I was using inputking right before the machine
crashed. It seems someone else notice the same problem:
