很多人说平房不就是别墅么，呵呵呵，这个就是说笑了，确实平房和别墅都是独门独院
的一套房子，可能占地面积也可以差不多，农村有的平房也是挺大的面积，占地几百平
米，跟别墅确实有的一拼了，甚至比一些联排别墅的占地面积还要大呢，但是跟别墅的
建造和装修比起来，那就是差远了。
可能就跟奥迪和奥拓似的，虽然只差一个字，看着差不多，但是实物差的太远了。
平房的结构就不行，砖墙一般都比较薄，而别墅的墙是很厚实的，更加隔音更加保暖。
里面的装修也差的很远，别墅都是超级豪华的装修，而平房则是简单装修，格调和品位
也是差了很多的，虽然有些住别墅的品位也不咋地，但是平房的里面基本谈不上品位，
都是在凑合，有个桌子凑着用就行了，不会在乎什么材质和颜色之类的。
别墅也有一层的，并不都是二层和三层，欧洲有些别墅就是只有一层，但是房子盖得确
实不错，跟国内普通农村家里的平房的厚实程度就不一样了，里面也是欧式田园风格的
