表格中说：“Individual submitting a request under the Privacy Act of 1974
must be either “a citizen of the United States or an alien lawfully
admitted for permanent residence”
难道只有拿到绿卡才可以？

很多人FBI name check pending，可以通过这个查main file

貌似之前有人request 然后会告诉你name check 是不是positive response. 这个结果
和uscis 要求的name check内容少一些。但至少知道你有没有被hit

不是.有2个法案: 1) FIOA 2) Private Act of 1974. 公民/绿卡是根据 2). 其它个人
