今天阿里巴巴募得1.6B融资，据此估值阿里巴巴估值在32B.
YHOO有阿里巴巴43%的股份，折算约为13.76B。
今天YHOO市值仅为17.66B. 难道Yahoo USA + Yahoo Japan加起来仅值3.9B?
个人以为YHOO市值过低。Silver Lake想买它也是由于此。
MSFT更应该考虑买YHOO.当时YHOO和MSFT签的搜索引擎条约非常苛刻，如果Bing流量增
长达不到一定数量，MSFT要倒贴钱给YHOO.因为Bing一直未达标，现在每天大约赔给
YHOO 1M. 因此MSFT有理由买下YHOO,一劳永逸的解决这个问题。
