议员office转发过来的uscis的回复：
USCIS electronic records confirm that your constituent’s Form I-485
application was received at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) on 06/08/2016.
However, the processing of this case is not yet complete. USCIS electronic
records, indicate this case was sent for an additional review. As soon as
USCIS review is completed, this case will be processed as expeditiously as
possible under applicable rules of laws, regulations and policies.
Unfortunately, we cannot state, at this time, when the review process for
this application will be completed.

我非党员，非俗名，但是敏感专业。之前打过几次tier 2，第一次告诉我background
check is pending。后来又打过两三次，都没什么信息。我问background check完了吗
？说不知道。有一个说收到指纹了。
