Job Responsibilities:
1. Prospect new business and expand new market in the U.S
by identifying, qualifying and prioritizing new business opportunities.
Drive demand and deliver exceptional results against sales target.
2. Maintain good business relationships with new and
existing customers to conduct needs analysis, relay product information,
quotations and tenders. Create strong relationship with key client
stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
3. Conduct business analysis to improve sales performance
and understand customer needs. Make business decisions by locating and
analyzing sales trend, new product, service areas and potential business
opportunities.
4. Partner with support department to develop solution and
make proposals based on customer needs and inquiries.
5. Work closely with different business units and make
sure all projects are smooth and efficient.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, CS, EE or
equivalent
2. Minimum 4+ years sales experience in telecom market or
selling IT products; experience in Chinese enterprise market is a plus
3. Strong customer-orientated attitude, self-motived,
detailed oriented, positive personality with aggressive attitude, well
organized, and is able to work under pressure and in different time zones
4. Effective, clear, and charismatic presentation skills
5. Highly collaborative, strong listening and
interpersonal skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
