手续详见制顶的功略，非常的详细。
Feb. 5 邮寄出去材料，使馆+DOS同时寄出
Feb. 12 收到材料（online status 几周以后才看到）
Feb. 28 使馆发no objection statement 到 DOS
Apr. 10 DOS显示收到 no objection statement
May 16 favorable recommendation to USCIS
May 26 收到DOS邮寄的favorable recommendation 副本（to USCIS, cc 给申请人）
Jun 4 收到USICS的 I797

when you generate the DS-3035 online, you will get the checklist
