忐忑不安等了好几天，终于今天收到老师的回信。
I have decided that I will make you a formal offer for a post doc position
once the XX grant is secured. This might take several more weeks, depending
on how rapidly the bureaucracy works.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
这应该算是口头offer了吧。不过，我郁闷的是虽然我不在乎工资福利呀什么的，毕竟
是我想去的地方。但是老师连提都不提，我还是想知道的呀。
而且，想问下大家，下一步我该干什么。怎么转身份？这对我目前来说是最重要的。谢
谢大家了先。
我很穷。所以前五个人有包子吧。不管怎样，我现在还是开心的。

这个这个能算offer吗？
如果grant不批呢？你不就没offer了吗？

我知道呀。不过这个项目今年九月一号就要开始了。而且很好的学校，我觉得应该能够
批下来吧。：）
不过如果批不下来，那十月一一到，我的opt结束，我就只有乖乖回家做H４了。：（

Thanks. The thing is that I don't know how to ask. I am kind of traditional
Chinese, never feel comfortable to asking anything related to money. :)
In fact, I think will go anyway if the final offer comes. Just want to know
how much he will give me.
