Thanks. I don't think I will have enough time to be 版主. The reason I wrote
so much today is because I just finished up something by the deadline today so
that I can relax a bit. But more importantly, I feel it is necessary to
remind people who are looking for postdoc positions to focus on more important
things, such as research projects, the advisor's academic reputation,
research environment, etc.
The advisor's personality is an important issue, but it cannot be generalized
simply by whose ethn
