cholesky decomposition (from matlab)
可以把实对称矩阵X分解为
R' * R = X
可是现在我需要的是把X分解为R，R也是upper trianglular matrix
R * R' = X
请问有没有什么现成的方法？（最好不要自己从头到尾coding)

no,
R is upper triangular, then R' is lower triangular
