I wrongly delete the “visual studio 2003 command prompt “ on desktop. It
could not be found in computer.
I copied it from other computer, it doesn’t work.
Beg your help.

It's just a shortcut to cmd.exe with argument similar to the following one
%comspec% /k ""C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\vcvarsall.bat
"" x86
start in
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\"
The one you copied might not have the correct path I guess?
