i filed perm in mid Feb with Chicago, so far no news
And also, company lawyer told me my case will be transferred to Atlanta
center due to the new policy if by 6/1, there is still no approval.
I felt it's taking enormous amount of time for my case with Chicago center.
However, during the whole 3.5months, the company lawyer refused to check,
and they didn't even let me know the case #. I seriously doubt if anything
is wrong with my case.
Anybody got the similar experience, how can we push for thi

About case#, I am wondering if each law firm or company has different
procedures. I am in a middium sized company, my lawyer contact our admin
people to setup a Perm account under company's name, then the lawyer log in
with our User ID and password to set up a subaccount to submit the
application, so both the company and lawyer can can trace the process.
Everytime our admin people receive the email, they will forward to me,
including the case#.
Your company is supposed to answer a questionnaire

Thanks a lot for your information. Our company is using fragomen. And it
looks like they dont want to release any information about my case. I have
not received the case #, only an email saying that my case has been filed. I
also asked back in Feb if they have received the email from DOL, they just
answered they will handle it and will get me notified if there is any
communication from DOL.
However up to today, there is no update. I have to email them to get some
information and everytime it's t

Didn't all fragomen cases get audited?
If you get audit, then you have to wait for ever since atlanta hasn't worked
on audit cases for months.

My friend's PREM is applied in early Feb my is in Mar. None of us get any
information so far. The lawayer said we are still pending. That's it. And we
don't have any information abou the whole process. We even don't know if
our cases got audited.

I am a Fragomen audit case victim too. labor department had all perm
applications through this firm pending.
Anybody knows how long our audit will be over? Anybody knows how long we
can stay in U.S under such situation?
Should we change employer as soon as possible?

it's under the special audit, don't know it's going to be on the shelf for
