也许并不很特殊，这种事情完全有可能发生过。
是这样的：我是f1学生，在读phd。上学期(Fall 2008），我们系里推荐我到旁的一个
大学去教一门课。毫无疑问，这是working outside of campus。但我没有尽足够注意
，没有去履行必要的手续：没有得到这边学校的authorization，在那边的学校也没有
填写相关的forms，就直接去教课了。
这学期，我们学校的international center发现了这个问题，与我谈了一下。目前，他
们说，我只能暑假先回国一趟，再取得签证过来完成学业。这样可以把我的record清除
掉。
现在的问题是：我如果回国，要再次取得签证肯定有难度了，因为有了这样的record；
我还是想继续留在这边，有没有什么办法呢？
这是个很大的问题啊。谢谢指教了。

Reimbursement is not a taxable income. It "reimburses" (or say compensates)
your expense.

C里，得自己declare 一个global mythis pointer指向global foo。

one friend shoots me the following message:
Do not be panic--and this is quite important. I do not think the immigration
office and the social security share the database. Once you leave the
country, your I-94 will be turned in and your previous record will be
deleted, that is why the International center wants you to get back China.
You may ask the international center if they are giving you another new i20,
if they do, I think the visa officer will ask you why you need a new i20
when you apply

现在返签的很多都被check两三个月，要有心理准备

非常感谢各位的答复。
现在发展的情况是：
在本校the director of International Center的建议下，我向对方学校提出为我开出
一封信函，说明事情发生的过程。实际情况是，在我去那边教课的过程中，他们的
human resource department并没有叫我去登记身份、获得授权一类的。但现在，对方
的director of human resource回信给我，说他只能写信说明，当初他们曾叫我去登记
身份，而我没有去。这显然与事实不符合，而他们估计是想推托责任。这种情况我也估
计到了。
但现在我该怎么办？我还想继续跟对方沟通，但不知道是否有作用。我也想请我校的
director of International Center去沟通一下，但也不知道是否有作用。请各位给我
一些建议。谢谢了。
