美国的医生怎么只知道给我开过敏药，让我试各种过敏药。
中国的医生说分鼻炎分单纯性鼻炎，肥厚性鼻炎，干燥性鼻炎，变应性鼻炎，萎缩性鼻
炎。。。
我也搞不清我是哪一种。
鼻子每天嗡嗡的，不是很通气，具医生说右鼻孔封了一大半了。说话声音也是嗡嗡的。
鼻涕直流的情况倒不多。带来咽喉也不好（冬天干燥尤其如此）。鼻孔和咽喉容易出血。
还请大家给指点指点。谢谢。

一个女人和一个男人走进婚姻，不可能没有矛盾，因为他们是两个完全不同的生命个

聪明女人懂得在婚姻里装糊涂。家庭矛盾少有原则性的，许多时候争不出个里表，公说
公有理，婆说婆有理，莫衷一是，清官也难断案。聪明的女人学会用两只眼睛看男人的
优点和长处，而只用一只眼睛看他们的缺点和不足。这样你便更容易感觉满足和拥有幸
福感。
女人不要总揭男人的短、动辄翻旧账。人都会犯错，男人也一样。犯了错，改了就好，
你不要揪住他的小尾巴不放，动不动因为一点小事就陈芝麻、烂谷子又抖出来数落他一
番，好像他一无是处、罄竹难书。久而久之，会让他对自己失去信心，产生错觉：是不
是自己真的像老婆说的那样很笨、很没用哦，否则怎么会啥事都做不好呢？
实际上你只是把男人做的糗事、错事林林总总给他迭加起来，一次次连珠炮放给他听，
那种“强化”让他产生了错觉罢。你想想，那么多年里他做的漂亮事一定比糗事多得多
，他却为什么没有记忆呢？原因很简单，强化的结果，每一次你旧事重提，强化的都是
他的毛病和缺点，让他一遍遍温习自己曾犯过的错并不断累加，却很少在他做了漂亮事
或出彩儿时及给予表扬……
女人不要在男人面前说他母亲的坏话。即使他的母亲真的有些事做得过分，你也要学会
包容与原谅。理由多多：爱屋及乌，老吾老以及人之老，何况她再不济也给了那个爱你
的男人生命。提到他母亲，最好婉转地客观陈述事实，就事论事，而不要添油加醋、上
纲上线，更不要因此而贬低、丑化或夸大他母亲的不好，这会让他觉得无地自容甚至恼
羞成怒，毕竟母亲是给予他生命的人，是他人生中最重要的女人，你说他母亲，就等于
打他的脸，这会让他感觉你不够善良和贤惠，进而影响对你的感情。
若不经意间发现了他的“隐私”，切莫大动干戈、兴师问罪。
比如发现他仍然收藏着前女友的照片或他们的合影及往来信件等，你千万别一气之下把
照片或信件给撕毁或烧掉，只要这些照片或信件不是与你相爱以后照的、写的，那么说
明，这只是他的历史他的昨天他的过去式；只要那照片没有放在他贴身口袋里或压在枕
头下、摆在办公桌上等可以时时看到的地方，就不能证明他目前还旧情不忘，甚至与前
女友藕断丝连。
即使他心中还有一角被前女友占居着，那么你撕碎了照片和信件，也撕不毁他们共同度
过的那段时光和经历，相反，会强化他对那段记忆的缅怀，强化他对前女友的印象，更
会对他造成伤害，觉得你过于野蛮和不容人。

圣诞节前三天在俺们这spca照的。我这狗，我看见他这一身毛，就想不出来别的名字，
就直叫毛毛了。
顺便问个问题啊，我google了一早晨，也没看到合适的答案。就去vet吧，又怕是小题
大做。大家看看有没有相关经验教训。
我的shih tzu 11个月，个头努大努大的，快赶上别人家cocker spaniel那么大了。他
浑身上下都软软的，比我朋友的3岁的lhasa apso 软许多。并且我突然间发现他跑步前
腿有点罗圈腿。我担心他缺钙，但实际上它的饮食一点都不缺钙，royal canine的shih
tzu专业狗粮加偶尔吃吃高压锅烧出来的不放盐的鸡腿猪排，骨头都压酥了，都嚼嚼吃
掉的。我又觉得puppy比成年狗软和是正常的，但是又不知道该多软。大家的puppy都软
不软阿。该不该补钙呢。

(1) One final note to the Post review.
Cathay

I presume the first half of the book was about old Peking. So I was
surprised by another review.

(a) The review talks lengthily about British bad feelings about America and
Americans--and uneasiness of seeing British Empire in decline. But there are
few words in it (review) about Peking or China.
