W4填写的不对导致withhold的少了，能不能在年末之前给irs写一个check
把少的补上，就不用交penalty了？怎么弄啊？多谢

比较古老的的一些程序用的是 Intrusive smart pointer 就是那个 reference
counter 保存在object里面
std里面的改为单独存一个 reference counter，然后每个smart pointer都要指向这个
reference counter和object
各位都用的是哪一种？
哪种好？

V6是经典，但是高音很亮，听长时间会觉得累。是部分on the ears，不是包耳朵的。
Shure SRH440偶没试过。

if you are paid bimonthly you can file a new W-4 form to withhold as much as
possible from your last paycheck then for the rest you need to send a check
by Jan. 18, 2011 with 4Q ES Voucher which will be treated as your 4th
Quarter payment but you may be still charged for penalty for shortage of
your prior quarters' payments.

老美的论坛推荐ATH-M50,amazon常年120,弄了一个so far so good, 佩戴舒服bass很不错

我也有同样的问题。大概缺了好几千。怎么补救比较好。难道现在寄张大支票给IRS也
没用吗？还是卖掉股票，来点capital loss? 那也只能deduct 3000左右啊。

類代碼用STL smart pointer，
Public API class 用intrusive (COM-like classes, AddRef/Release)
Non-COM-based reference counting don't work well (as in, can't get to the
same level of stability) across multiple languages (esp. unmanaged/managed).

below is the link to get the Voucher:

The 4th Q Voucher is on the 9th page. fill it out and send it with the
check made to United States Treasury. make sure write your SSN on the check
in case they misplace the check.
the address to send depends on which state are you in. please also see the
above link. the address is on page 5.

itk用的是自己搞的intrusive pointer
我在想是沿用itk的还是用你说的这个

看迁移成本。。
如果不是整个项目都在用smart pointer的话，搞起来很恶心的。。
