要卖一批美国的设备给国内的公司
(1) 先由美国的分公司买下这批设备，运到中国的分公司，再到客户
(2) 由中国的分公司买下，再到客户
这两种操作在税收上有什么不同? 如果是(1)的话，美国的分公司要申请出口许可吗?

今天真的倒霉透了。前5分钟还打过电话，一走出店，就发现iPhone不见了。
According to AT&T, they can't put a restriction or tracking on the phone.
Whoever's got the phone can simply change the sim card and will be able to
use it over ATT network. This is totally rediculous, as I have filed police
report and notified ATT, they should block anyone other than me from using
the service on this particular device!!!
Anyone here have similar experience in losing their iPhone?
Also,does anyone know how to do remote-wipe?

Thanks for the link. I have the iphone box and the IMEI number. But AT&T
customer rep told me they can't block the IMEI number, any individual can
simply replace the sim card on the phone and active their service with AT&T
or other carriers.
I did argue that they must have the IMEI number to sync with the sim card in
order to get the phone to work, and i asked if they can block the person
from using it, he said NO.
But do you or anyone know if Apple will do remote-wipe for you? Thanks!

Apple is not going to be able to do that for you unless you have MobileMe
and the phone hasn't been erased yet.
I assume you don't have mobileme so no.

I suggest using python 2.x instead of 3.x.
from your log: it looks like you missed some dlls.

Not an expert in python but xxx.dll is not a valid Win32 application usually
means a failed LoadLibrary call which often is a result of missing
dependent DLLs.

1.不要mix使用32位和64位的python和第三方dll,python就用32位,因为大多dll都是针
对32位编译的.
2.将dll的路径加入path环境变量

Unfortunately I don't think so, AT&T is only service provider and they don't
have right to do that in my opinion.
I lost my iphone and bought a samsung later.

Do you have a pass code set on your iphone? If yes, they would not access it
. I think the worst part is that the one who stole your iphone now has
access to a lot of your accounts, email, skype, facebook ... You may need to
change all these passwords immediately.

Because AT&T is the service provider, it has the power to block service on
particular device, especially if given the device is already tagged as
stolen in their system. Of course, I understand their rationale of not doing
this, more revenue from iphone sales, not turning down potential customers,
etc.
While doing my research, I came across threads where people have mentioned
having their stolent/lost phone's imei# blocked, I guess it's just not
happening in north america.

Yes, I had the pass code set, but I don't think it's that hard to get past
the code, being it's only 4 numbers and it's quite easy to unlock iphones
nowsdays.
I did change them, but still worried about the data, pics, videos on the
phone.
If they sell it to t-mobile deals in flushing, it's really easy to crack the
pass code right? I just hope they are 'nice' enough to erase all the stuff
on the phone...

我没装mobileme，所以也找不到，后来再打，电话已被关机了
