There are many hot JavaScript frameworks on the market. I am just curious
that if user disable the JS on their browser, will those framework still
work?

It will not work (of course.
But not many website will work for them anyway.
BTW, it is about browser JS, node.js has nothing to do with Browsers

what about Angular and Knockout? My understanding is that they will not work?

显然不行，问题是这样的话，没有几个网站能正常工作

so if I choose to use Angular, there is no server side validation? All the

You can have server side validation with/without Angular.
They are totally independent

Nobody disables js, or cookie these days. Not many websites will work.

不会disable 的大妈不用管, 会disable 的文艺青年大概也会 enable. 所以没什么
