1.Form W-4上personal allowances worksheet有一项C让填：Enter"1"for your
spouse. But you amy choose to enter 0 if you are married and have either a
working spouse or more than one job.(enter 0 may help you avoid having too

这条很困惑，不太清楚怎么填。到底是allowance多好还是少好啊？怎么看上去多点tax
withheld倒是好的？
2. Employee's withholding exemption certificate表上面要填personal exemption
for yourself, enter 1 if claimed.
这个是什么意思?如果enter 1了是不是tax withheld变少？
对tax方面一直混混沌沌，望指点。多谢！
