I am first home buy without much experience. I contacted Chase, they said
their rate according to our credit score (which is excellent) is 5.125% for
30yrs and 4.625% for 15yrs and they also listed fees as follows. Are these
fees reasonable? Any suggestion on low rate mortgage bank? I am in CO.

大概一年多以前我就提过。

这玩意设计的再好还要看社区吧。
jvm这个大泥潭，都容入了多少语言了。
都是因为土生土长的java 太tm滥。
build, tool chain 都靠外包，才由此产生许多替代品。
譬如这个kotlin.
写个小玩意还行，时间长了怕jetbrains没有support。
不过感觉jet brains挣钱比其他ide都多。资金应该不是问题。
千万别交给烙印手里就还有希望

这个Title insurance Fee 620可以选择不要。你自己去google下来决定你要不要。

看了一下语法类似swift, python, rust系。有嘛好处？

我觉得现在的语言特性都converge，其实是好事啊。最后谁能成要看eco system。

Origin, application, processing, underwriting fees are not low. Big banks
may not give the best rates. So you should definitely try different banks
and loan agents to get the best deal.
In my opinion, it is your best interest to have title insurance.
