打算自己申请real estate broker，申请的种类是individual，但申请表中有business
name 和business address，对于individual broker，也必须要有business name吗？

一般没人把business跟自己混到一起。
分开这样出事才能撇开。
你连最基本的都不知道的话最好别进这行了。

没有打算去给别人做，只是自己想拿到license，可以看到更多的数据，有可能会自己
做buyer agent而已
申请表格中有business name和business address，不知道对于individual broker
applicant该怎么填，是不是需要申请一个business，按理说individual broker不用申
请Business，不知自己理解的对不对

condo/town house，比single-family house简单不少。如果是自己不找buyer agent的
话，可不可以节省一些agent cost。如果找agent，会有什么好处吗？谢谢。

这个就是学tf的xla, 没啥新鲜的，对compiler感兴趣的人可以看看，一般人就算了。

requirement for being a broker and claim it is easy to get a broker license.

Broke means you have the knowledge and experience to start a real estate
business by yourself. In many states, you need to be a salesperson first
for some years to be eligible for applying broker exam. You need to take
some classes and exams to be a salesperson. In order to work as a
salesperson, you need to work under a broker.
If you are determined, it is not difficult to be a broker eventually for the
many MS/PhD here in the USA, but it takes much time and energy.

Better register a company, but even without that, you can have a home
business, that is, operating from your home office.
