看了一下训练的误差输出 lgb 差别很大啊

每个老板都这样，公司可不养吃闲饭的，干不好还留着，谁买单？这个老板已经用了最
适合的方法劝退，即使马上走人也在情理之中，给你同事宽限就值得感谢了。老板也有
他的难处啊，手下再有几个象这样的，他迟早得走人了。要用同理心看待老板的行为。
我觉得这个老板值得跟，有罚懒就会奖勤，只要你好好干，用好的performance一定能
赢得他的欣赏
