先求个bless 爸妈的延期能早点下来，，，虽然看了一圈发现不太可能了，9月20号交
的，12月5号的机票，12月12日visa到期。
在网上查到能合法呆的依据，结果悲阙的发现， 2013年2月出的新的M-579上，写了就
算你在I94到期之前交了延期申请， I94 一到期，马上就out of status。

其实菩提祖师就是如来。这个在西游记的文字中有多次互相佐证的证据。
孙悟空第一回见到菩提祖师，有诗：

不生不灭三三行，全气全神万万慈。
空寂自然随变化，真如本性任为之；
与天同寿庄严体，历劫明心大法师。

1- USCIS不会追你的不合法状态，但是DHS可能把你驱逐出境，更说明了规定是不可以
合法呆的

1. 真如（巴利文与梵文：tathatā）或实如（梵文：bhūta-tathatā），又译为如实
、如如、本无、如，佛教术语，一般被解释为法（梵语：dharma）的本性，即法的真实
本质，也就是法的真实自性。
这和“真正的如来”完全不是一回事，明明是个抽象概念，不是对应具体人物。“真正
的如来”简称真如？太粗陋了一点。
2.为什么说六耳就是说师傅罩着不用害怕？没看懂这逻辑，六耳不是悟空自己说的吗？
3. 对菩提的描述诗说明菩提是佛，没有说是如来。

里是二心。灵台方寸山还是心。章节回目基本都是道教修行用语，这个你搜一下有很详

但是关于六耳猕猴的问题是这样的，孙悟空起了二心，然后打了唐僧，但是又不承认。
他此时已经精神分裂了。两个猴王来到如来面前辨别，如来说，这是六耳猕猴。
孙悟空一听，这不是我八百年前跟我师傅菩提祖师说过的，此间更无六耳吗?就是说，
根本没有什么六耳猕猴。他怎么看出来的，还有他怎么知道六耳这个词。只有我和师傅

status ,虽然本人也不是弄法律的,看它的条款写得不是很死,好像并不影响继续呆.

1- USCIS不会追你的不合法状态，但是DHS可能把你驱逐出境，更说明了规定是不可以
合法呆的

结论就是楼主对词汇误解而已。那篇东西说的都是对的，但是只是重复一些定义而已，
没有任何地方说不合法呆。在美国法律上的东西不能随便假设词汇的意思，因为一般不
是你想的样子的。
正在转身份、调整身份、或延期身份的人不会因为身份被驱逐出境是很基本的政策。很
久没有改过。

这根本不是新规定，和原来的没有任何变化。i94过期后，新的没下来之前当然是没有
status了，但仍可以停留。
