My 2 cents: her tragedy is that she is overstressed, and people's saying
"internal problem" made her think she is weak or not perfect and aggregated
the bad feeling, and her husband is too busy to listen to her and truly help
her.
So, whenever you feel weak and can't do anything, just tell youself that this
will pass and wait. If possible, do something. Nobody can truly help you,
except yourself.
