Old movies are always on AMC or TCM channel.
I guess read the book in English would be better.
When good English is translated into Chinese, it inevitably becomes broken
sentences.

thanks! i will check with the tv schedule..
i read the English simpilifed version. it is not bad, as i said. but i guess
because i didn't see the movie and was anxious about the ending at that time.
normally i don't like the translated ones either.
