how about multi-grouper? i think sb has suggested.
every grouper focus on one topic, for example, history, english,modern,...then
one special grouper publish book list. one or two person will be administor
for all the groupers. For every grouper, we should have a comittee,e.g., 10
users who have interests in that topic and are able to online frequently. They
together serve as a server for that topic. Then leave all other account as
public accounts.
The core idea is that only people like to serve
