因为去年教育部出台了经费报销限制的规定，纵向项目报销和劳务费提取
非常严格。横向项目也在向纵向看齐，不过看各校规定。
总之，靠拉项目，然后提取劳务费的日子一去不复返了，靠这个买车
那是不可能的。真要想提，也可以，在规定比例下要交纳20%个人所得税。
给自己开工资，可以，超过800要另外交税，据说也是很客观的。
现在的青年教师，房子没有的分，除非你海龟教授。工资是死的，劳务费
提取和报销限制多多，没有人脉和其他项目互相乾坤挪移，只能沦为大教授
的打工仔。所以海龟高校要有媳妇熬成婆的打算，至少10年才能有些象样的收入。
在此之前，独立研究那只是理论上可能的。（我讲工科，其他可能独立性强些）
所以，除非你海龟教授，百人这类高端路线，其他的要做好明为副教授，实
为博士后的打算，有的学校收入恐怕介于民工和硕士毕业收入水平之间。

你这是在忽悠人了，你说的那些灰色收入，一则无法长期保障，二则不是每人都能弄到
的。
高校大部分教员生活是清贫的，条件是艰苦的。这里面也包括一部分教授.

if only for money, robbing a bank is a much better choice.

If you have the ability to apply some project or funding, you can get the
money. If you do not , that is your issue. Each people has different
personality, nobody can get easy money in China except you have strong
relationship in the Chinese government. You got pay what you have done.
The Phd degree is not a money passport. No pains no gains. That is why
everybody came to the US. You can get easy money here, however, not in
China.

按你这么说，中国是世界上最公平的国家？中国工人工作强度、工作时间世界第一，但
是平均收入世界倒数第一。
大学也是这样，你难道真地相信“多劳多得”的口号？

可以自己开公司或者到外面公司兼职，然后找项目给学生做。理论联系实际也没什么不
好。不要老想着靠funding提成，那能有多少钱。

We are discussing the issue in Chinese High Education field. Would you
please reading carefully. Don't change the concept, OK? We are talking the
research/income in a Chinese university, WE are not discuses the social
problem.
"You get pay what you have done" is exactly right. Don't show off any
more. If you can handle your job, you win. If not, you will be laidoff.

也许你不知道, 美国大学教授自己开公司或者到外面公司兼职是很正常的. 将最新的理
论和技术应用到实际产品中, 为人类进步社会发展做贡献, 大学是非常鼓励的. 个人收
入的确不菲, 但这是正当的, 也是要交税的. 听说现在中国大学也鼓励这样做了, 我觉
得很好.

你不看看都是什么专业。
来这儿讨论海归去高校的，好多都只能拿纵向经费。国家自然基金的面上和重点，你就
是有1万个学生，你能塞多少到自己腰包里去？更不用说973这样审计更严格的项目了。

还是低调点吧。你自己说了不少的你lp的信息，很容易被人肉出来的，到时候有的好郁
闷了。
另外确实你还是写中文吧。

拜托，人公费是有上限的，的确有拿学生名额给自己开工资的，
不过这种人很少很少，因为很危险，另外也没多少钱。你能找100个学生？
现在不是签字就零钱的，直接打到卡里，你得找学生要钱出来。
所谓操作都是横向项目，左右互搏的方法。纵向基本都卡死了。
副教授顶多给别的老师带博士生，你未必捞得到corresponding author.
评职称不是第一作者，corresponding author，没检索就不算的。
硕士生写论文，除非你写，一般都很水的。现在硕士生毕业随便找个检索的发。
如果是讲师，对不起，你只有资格带本科毕业生。
副教授和更下层的都是给教授打工的。教授的资源只会越来越多。国家
表面上说要让年轻人独立，实际政策是鼓励团队，也就是你依附教授才有大项目。
如果没钱，还不依附哪个教授，几年下来考评不过，也得走人的。
当然钱还是能拿的，就是要费些周折。知道门道才行的。
