本人绿卡已过5年，老婆孩子都是公民。现在很有可能全家海归。都会在外企工作。想
问一下我自己现在申请公民有何利弊。
我能想到的：
1。拿公民公司不给上4险1金，但能多给些工资，但这些工资要交很多税。根据大家的
经验，税后多拿多少能补上4险1金的损失呢？
2。拿绿卡有可能以后绿卡会被没收，拿公民在中国不方便。
3。好像都要交美国的税(或者要想办法逃税)。
还有什么别的吗？

as a US citizen or citizens of other foreign countries, you get to deduct
certain expenses for China tax purpose including rent, meals and child
tuition, if you can work out the reimbursement arrangement with your
employer in China. All these are not available to Chinese nationals.

I heard that too. Also some tax benefit to US citizen but not to greencard
holder.

Thanks. I will definitely work with HR on that during the negotiation.
