09年底找不到工作挺绝望的想试试海归
51上投了很多但是都是石沉大海
可能是我和fresh 有关
有一个北京大公司我本来投的广州但是他们的北京那个组更适合我
hr的人帮我forward过去的我后才听hm说的
hm是瑞典人聊得挺好
后来说我知道你们美国回来的都要求很高的工资动不动30万
我们给不了那么多我说那你能给多少他说1万/月我想你也太黑了（因为有比较）
他看我不是很痛快就说啊我们也push到1.3万/月
我算过北京比上海消费低一点但是房子也不便宜 1.3万胡口都不够
我有老婆孩子还不如我破四道呢后来就不了了之
今年3月老婆回国丫又和我联系说你来不来啊我这职位马上要fill了
我说明年再说吧我觉得他应该招到人了但是看我这个肥肉再找一个1.3万算个零头
还有一个上海的经历就是我为什么觉得如果大家喜欢 re得多我再分享出来

国内广告上职位写得很高其实就是小角色。XXX主管其实就你一个人管，XX总监也就是
小经理。XX经理就是跑腿的。

去掉税估计也就1.2不到吧
这个我没和他push过都是他给我开的
Master估计给我更低

re. it's very bad choice for ee/cs phd go back to China without something decides.
from the side hr/manager in china, for fresh graduate, us ph.d from decent school means you're a guy with great potential. for master, sorry, they may think u'r not even competitive as those from china univ., so they will ask where you got your bachelor degree.

fresh的你觉得应该给多少啊，其实已经不错了，有能力的话，回去干几年涨到3,4十万
很正常。如果postdoc的话，再过两年还是没工作经验，到时候再回去工资也差不多了

masters even from 3rd line univ. in US have good chance to ms/amazon/google/facebook when they spend good effort on c++ and algorithms. for fresh graduate in China, very different story while US. employees enjoy 4 times salary than theirs:)
so my point, just enjoy us salaries here and don't try to find something proves that us employee are more valuale since that's stupid.

找工作就和找女人一样看谁陷得更深更想要对方

这个档次的薪水，是按照国内校园招聘给的吧？
不过话说回来，国内企业工资涨幅很快，不像这边，还不如通涨速度。
