要看当事人的情况。无房的大前提下，如果是28岁左右的新婚夫妻，还不错。有一个上
中小学的孩子的夫妻，低于小康，高于温饱，
如果已经有了自己的住房，那2万一月的收入，应该说是小康水平的低档。

这个显然不对，300万原价的房子，刨去首付30%，实际贷款只要200万左右，
20年贷款6%左右月付不到15000，在加上什么公积金之类的，应该在12000-1300，
刚刚查了一下，上海比较好的双语幼儿园在2000每月。又更贵的，但是没有普通查考价
值。
基本上，你朋友给你的数据可信度非常低，起码不具备准备去上海生活的参考价值。

All "luxury" activities, such as bar, skiing, concert, movie, jewelry, etc.,
are more expense than in the US, even Starbuck and Subway are more
expensive. If you would like to enjoy the life instead of just living the
life, at least another RM 4k per month is needed.
For unpredictable expenses, such as meals/parties with friends and relatives
, medical expenses, etc., 2k per month may or may not be enough, depending
on who you are.
Adding all these together, about 20k per month should give you a "decent"
life in BJ or SH. If your employer can give you bonus or allowance, 16-18k
per month or 200k per year may be sufficient. Before tax, it is ~300k RMB
per year.
Note that mortgage is not included in this calculation, which is a wild card
. It varies from 0 to 20k per month, depending on who you are and who your
parents are. The mortgage for an acceptable apartment (not condo) in BJ or
SH is around 10-15k per month (or 150k per year); better ones are 20-40k per

slightly lower because retirement is quite expensive and un-regulated in

哈哈,你查查香梅公寓的房租是多少? 世纪公园附近,还3500呢? 你混成这样,那当然可以在这样的底层活着, 也就是这点生活标准了. 吃饭不要3000一个月? 您真会说笑话, 一家人一天100的伙食费都勉强够, 当然你每天去民工吃饭的地方混就有点剩余了. 一些大学毕业就出国的人见识有限, 如果在美国留学工作以后再回去还生活在那个层次, 我觉得还是当初就
