My child was born in US. We are going back to China. He has valid visa to
China but the duration of stay is 3 month. What should we do? Thanks!

if you have a US visa that allows you to stay in the US for only three
months, what should you do?

如果爹妈还都是中国公民的话，回去可以凭亲属关系在当地公安局出入境管理处办一年
探亲居留.
如果爹妈也是US CITIZEN,可以凭爹妈的工作证明去当地公安局出入境管理处办一年探
亲居留.
