刚毕业，知道有办这个证明，但是还没想回去
网上查到英国的毕业1年后就不给办了，担心以后美国也改政策，所以想先办了
就是不知道这个有没有有效期？会不会办了以后一段时间就失效了

Where did you get that 1 year information?
I phoned London and New York embassy the other day, I graduated long time ago from US and am currently working in London, nobody mentioned 1 year.

第一个帖子其实是想办学历认证
这个应该不需要留学回国人员证明就可以办
一个认证，一个证明，是两个东西
归国人员证明我想本意是鼓励留学生毕业就回国
或许有一些跟这个证明相关的优惠
对于毕业工作过的，他们觉得你在国外的工资就足够了
