交税不是代扣的，是要个人自己交的，所以回国是不是可以逃这部分的税啊？

pay the tax and penalty for you to the US government. If they overpay,
you can claim some tax back. If they under pay, you probably can take
the advantage. But the underpayments rarely happen.

我一同事，被雷了，也不找工作，后来别的同事议论他，说他把401K给拿出来用了，没
有交税，然后IRS的罚款来了，他说要房子拿走，别的没有。这事有一年多了，到现在
也没有把他从房子里赶出来.

除非以后不想在美国混了,否则人家可以从工资里扣.

回国了是不是就不用搭理IRS了？

除非你以后再不在美国混了。欠信用卡公司的钱可以逃，欠IRS的钱别想逃。
