入籍你整年不在美国也没事吧。
就像你中国公民，你在美国N年也还是中国公民

我觉得就是要入籍，也不是要求住半年吧？是不能连续离开美国超过6个月。所以从理
论上讲，一年内回来两三次是可以的，但要看海关会不会找你麻烦，认为你没有在没有
长期居住的愿望。据我说知，只要你这么来回跑的时间不太长应该是没有问题的。

法律上是的.我觉得中国也应该全球收税,在美国的中国人都应该给中国报税.
