the H4's expiration date should be the as the H1B's.
I don't know why the boarder officer asked that. The h4 need to be extended
ASAP 'coz that would not be considered as illegal residence if you've already
filed status change or extension.
go to INS website or call their 800 number, order the I539 Non immigration change
or extend form, the form is not v
