My girlfriend has got admission from a MBA program in the states, along with a
58% tuition fellowship. Her application for F1 is rejected in Shanghai.
Currently she has a valid B1 visa till May, do you think it is wise for her to
come to the states first with B1 visa and then switch to F1 visa?
I have consulted with some lawyers, most of them said though can
