NO! unless your mum is very confident and other evidences
that
she will go back, otherwise, definitely will be rejected.
mum normally will stay in us to take care their grandchild.
so parents apply together will be a little better.
they will not check any about that. and they just ask:
1. u are living where? xxxxx, in my own house/show title
2. to US see who? child, xxxx reason, no about baby born
3. your daughter/son is doing what? studying/working
4. you in china have or not other child?
