I am F1 and transfered to another Univ in spring 2003, full financial aid.
My hushand, who's currently in Beijing, ever got the B1 visa in Beijing last
year for an international conference but didn't ever enter US due to the
schedule. He has got the passport in Beijing and prepare for the F2 visa. So I
have questions following:
1). Will the US embassy have his previous record for B1 visa?
2). If he apply for F2 visa in Beijing and got rejected, and he transfer his
work to GZ, he apply for anothe
