Dear Dir/Madam:
The rejection of our VISA appealing was a surprise. The reason seemed to be
immigration intention. We can speculate that why this decision was made but we
cannot understand it. We enjoy our life here in China very much and do not
intend to move to any foreign country where the life style is drastically
different. We are not young and it would be too hard and unimaginable to
change our life completely. The reason we apply for the VISA is solely for our
daughte
