Sadly, there is no vaccine for the H7N9. But you can take flu shots for H1N1
and others. As noticed in the news, the production of H7N9 vaccine would
have to wait until months (~6) later.
I would go back to China soon. A few recommendations are: (a) do not have
direct contact with live animals; (b) wash your hands more frequently,
especially before the meals. (c) buy a FDA approved face mask to reduce the
risk.
Since there is no suggested evidence for the flu to spread among humans, we
can take a relief.
