Actually they are same! I renewed my passport using walgree passport photo
sevice. And so many people did the same thing. It's also ok to DIY. BTW, we
all renew passport when embassy staffs are going to our nearby places. That
's why our photo are easier to be accepted. If you go to embassy, it's
better let them to handle your photo.
