骑驴找马。
刚好有个业界最大的公司，一个perfectly match的职位。
20天前去了onsite面试，据说只找了我一个人去（之前通过了电话面世）。
面试非常顺利。
后来给hr打电话，hr暗示会有好消息。
结果后来一直拖一直拖，一会放假，一会不知道在干嘛，总之hiring manager那边的消
息迟迟不来。
倒并不是等这个工作生存，只是弄得现在无心专注于目前的工作，每天都刷信箱。
想问问，这种情况是不是公司已经pass我了？

same here..but currently i don't have a job.
It has almost been 20 days. the HR told me they might hire me and asked for
my OPT card.
now I don't know what they are doing and when I can get the final result...

they said the director is on vocation and will get back to me surely. But I
have waited for 3 weeks after my second on-site .
倒并不是等这个工作生存，只是弄得现在无心专注于目前的工作，每天都刷信箱。

太agree了，就是心里有个东西七上八下的。
不如直接告诉我no也就安心了，偏偏不理你，也不是不理，发信给hr还是很热情地回复
让我耐心等。。。
同病相怜，彼此祝福吧。希望只是大公司繁杂的手续导致如此。。。

Usually this is bad sign. Move on!

To me, usually job offer is coming by phone first and then email.
Rejection letter will be sent by email dirrectly. So don't 刷信箱, just
watch your phone :).

hehe co-bless. I have 3 onsites, they are all before 18 Nov.
One told me late last week " we reviewed candidates, some of them are not
being considered, but you are still on the list"
Hiring manager of another onsite called me and asked some questions today
about my visa status and when I can go to work.
The other one has no feedback at all.
Hope I can get something from them.
