父母的签证过期在一年之内，还能用中信代签吗？

When my son was 3.5 years' old, we bought a 16 size for him. 14 seems small.
He could ride the 16 one well, while he couldn't touch the ground. At that
age (or even until 4 or 5), their legs don't have enough strength to handle
different situations, so remember to wear all protection while riding.

it is really depends how tall the kid is.
14' bike is very useful when they learn 2-wheel riding.
