请问上次面签在上海(签证所属地是上海), 这次免面签大使馆选择广州。所以在填写
DS160时，
location where you will be submitting your application: Guangzhou, China
但是回答
Are you applying in the same country or location where the visa above was
issued?
应该填写Yes还是No?
